1. Overview

Pulse provides a subscription-based service with unlimited chat and interaction features with an AI companion. By subscribing, you accept these Subscription Terms.

2. Subscription Plans

• Free Trial: ₹5 (one-time)
• Paid Plan: ₹99/month
• Payment Method: UPI Autopay via Razorpay

3. Free Trial

The ₹5 trial is a one-time introductory offer. After the trial, subscriptions automatically renew at ₹99 per month unless cancelled. The trial is limited to one per user/account. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the trial at any time.

4. Subscription Benefits

Active subscribers receive:

• Unlimited chat messages
• Unlimited voice interactions (where applicable)
• Premium companion feature access
• Future subscriber-only features

5. Billing and Payments

Razorpay processes payments securely with UPI Autopay mandates. By subscribing, you authorize automatic debit of ₹99 every month. Fees are charged in advance each billing cycle. Razorpay and UPI network rules govern mandate handling.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel anytime through the app or via UPI/bank mandate management. Cancellation stops future billing. No refunds are provided for current or past periods. Access continues through the end of your active billing cycle.

7. Refunds and Chargebacks

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Razorpay's refund policies and UPI guidelines apply. Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

Access may be revoked without refund for:

• Payment reversal
• Fraudulent disputes
• Subscription misuse
• Automated behavior
• Policy violations

9. Changes to Subscription Plans

Pricing, benefits, or billing terms may change at any time, applying to future billing cycles. Continued use of the app means you accept any updates.
