Respawn Technologies Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our") operates Pulse, a mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the Pulse app.

By using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

A. Account Information

• User ID / account identifier
• Name and profile photo (via social login)
• Email address (if provided)
• Phone number (for authentication)

B. Subscription & Payment Information

• Subscription status
• Billing history
• Transaction reference IDs
• Razorpay payment confirmations

We do not collect: UPI IDs, bank account numbers, card details, or payment credentials.

C. Device & Usage Information

• Device model
• Operating system version
• IP address
• App usage data
• Log data for performance monitoring

2. Social Login Information

A. Facebook Login

We collect: name, user ID, profile photo, email (if permitted).

We use this for: account creation, personalization, and security.

We do not access: friends list, private messages, or posts.

B. Google Sign-In

We collect: name, email, profile photo.

Optional Scopes (only when you explicitly consent):

• Gmail read-only access
• YouTube read-only access

3. How Google Data Is Used

A. Gmail Access

Permitted: Access email metadata, subject lines, sender info, timestamps.

Prohibited: Sending emails, modifying emails, deletion, advertising use.

B. YouTube Access

Permitted: Subscription data, preferences, content recommendations.

Prohibited: Uploading videos, posting comments, account modification.

C. Compliance

We adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy. We do not sell Google user data and do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.

We share limited data with:

• Razorpay (payments)

• Facebook (authentication only)
• Google (authentication / API access)

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

7. Data Retention

We retain data while accounts are active, as legally required, or for dispute resolution. Data is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

8. User Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to:

• Access your subscription status
• Cancel your subscription anytime
• Request account deletion

Social Deletions:

• Facebook: Remove via Facebook settings or email request
• Google: Revoke via Google Account permissions

9. Children's Privacy

Subscriptions are intended for users 18+. Users under 18 require parental supervision. We do not intentionally collect data from children under 13.

10. Policy Updates

Updates will be posted in-app or on the website. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated policy.
